Monster Truck Party :: The Plan of Action

Good morning!!

I am super excited to share with you my plans for our Monster Truck Party!

The first picture is the main table; the "dessert table". We are not allowed to hang anything on the walls, so the plan is to have everything put together and assembled beforehand, so that once we are there, all we will have to do is just put everything on the table... easy-peasy, right? :) Wish me luck!

As I have mentioned before, I always draw out out a plan (in this case, it was easier for me to do it on the computer), because it allows me to see what things will look like visually; what will work, what wont. Also, it lets me take inventory on what we need to buy, and what I need to make.

This is my plan for the tables that the kids will be eating at. I tried to come up with ideas that could be assembled at home and just placed on the tables, but still gave a good impact. Again, I do these drawing mostly for my own benifit (as well as allowing clients to visually see my plans), so they are just quick sketches to get my ideas across.

Although I am happy to finally have a plan in place, now that we know for sure where we are hosting the party, it just serves as a reminder of everything I need to get done in ::gasp::: less than three weeks!!

Hope everyone is having a great Tuesday :)

    1. Hi Kimmy,

I purchased my clear favor boxes from Joanns (a craft/fabric store) in their wedding isle. {don't forget to bring a coupon!}, but you can probably find them on amazon and Ebay as well :)

Thanks for checking out my blog!
